Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse Chefs Visit Reconcile

This morning Chef Alex Ventura and Chef Alfred Singleton from Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse in the French Quarter visited the Cafe to do a cooking demonstration for our students. The chefs prepared Masa Fried Oysters with McIlhenny Chipotle Tabasco Cream Sauce – yum! Dickie Brennan & Company works in a very close partnership with Reconcile New Orleans, hosting our students as interns, doing cooking demonstrations and hiring many of our students full time at their various restaurant locations.
