The EACH One ENGAGE One mentoring component is vital to the success of our workforce development training program. Mentors commit themselves to help our students find success by providing support and encouragement throughout their ten weeks in our program.

Our students work hard to make positive changes in their lives, but they cannot do it alone. A supportive phone call, a weekly visit, a night at the movies or a basketball game — each of these actions will help students believe in their potential and show them the world of opportunity that awaits. We are always looking to attract highly motivated mentors who are willing to dedicate themselves to enhancing the growth of our youth here in the New Orleans metropolitan area.
