Ryan Dalton

Floor Trainer

Ryan grew up in the 8th Ward and lived in poverty throughout his childhood. In December 2009, he completed Café Reconcile’s program and earned a job at the New Orleans School of Cooking , where he worked for seven months. Ryan currently serves as Café Reconcile’s floor trainer, supervising and training all students working in the front of the house. He plans to continue working full time and attend college at night, where he will study social work and management.
