Case Manager

As Reconcile’s Case Manager, Ms. Linda’s duties include interviewing and assessing students’ readiness for Reconcile’s program. Once students enroll, Ms. Linda helps them with their daily needs as they make their way through the program, including finding a placement for their two-week internship. Upon graduation, Ms. Linda works to help students find job placement, and she leads the four-month counseling and support effort in order to ensure a smooth transition into the work environment. Linda came to Reconcile after sixteen years in the insurance industry, because she wanted to have an impact on the future of youth in New Orleans. Linda is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Criminal Justice at Southern University New Orleans.
